Events

Each year Companies House organises or attends a variety of events to support and advise businesses. This includes attending business focussed exhibitions throughout the UK and organising Information Days to support new directors and secretaries.

We also travel throughout the UK:

• promoting Companies House’s services
• advising businesses on how to meet their obligations under the Companies Act
• to provide opportunities to meet and discuss issues with our staff

Note

We are updating the way that we currently run our seminars. We will no longer be running the Newly Appointed Directors and Secretaries Seminars, LLP seminars and Regional Seminars. All seminars will be replaced with Companies House Information Days.
