Public Holiday Schedule and Office Closures 2013

Below is a list of public holidays affecting Companies House offices.

During the holidays our online services will be available but the Contact Centre and Helpdesk will be closed. Only the Cardiff office will be manned for the receipt of documents. Letterbox facilities exist in London and Edinburgh, but not in Belfast. Accounts must be delivered to Companies House on or before their due date. Delays in transit will not be accepted as excuses for late delivery. Even if accounts are delivered a day late, a penalty will be levied.

A range of documents can be filed electronically through the WebFiling and Software Filing services.
(You will need to apply for an authentication code to file electronically. Please note that codes are sent by post to the company’s registered office and can take up to 5 working days).
