European Economic Interest Groupings (EEIG) – Refund of incorrectly charged Companies House fees Companies House fees were revised and a new scale of fees came into force on 1 February 2005. An implementation review of the new fees identified that same day EEIG registration and some EEIG inspection services were being incorrectly charged prior to this date. Therefore, if you have been charged for any of the following EEIG services before 1 st February 2005 you may be entitled to a refund:

Therefore, Companies House will ask you to sign a letter to this effect before making refunds. |
