Allotment of Shares Bulk Shareholders List Refunds

During a recent review of prices, Companies House has found that it has been charging for the Allotment of Shares Bulk Shareholder lists without having the statutory power to do so. As a result, arrangements have been put in place to make refunds available to anyone who purchased the product on or before 2nd February 2011.

Q. I have been charged for this product previously. Am I entitled to a refund?

Yes.

Q. Are all Allotment of Shares Bulk Shareholder lists that have been purchased eligible for a refund?

Yes.

Q. Are there any other Bulk Shareholder Products which are entitled to a refund?

No, only the Allotment of Shares Bulk Shareholders lists. Other Bulk Shareholders lists are subject to a statutory fee.

Yes, the product can be requested in the normal way but will be provided free of charge.
