Right to Manage Companies in England
All Right to Manage (RTM) companies located in England are required to adopt the model articles set out in ‘The RTM Companies (Model Articles) (England) Regulations 2009' (SI 2009/2767) which came in to force on the 9 November 2009. Right to Manage Companies in Wales
All Right to Manage (RTM) companies located in Wales are required to adopt the model articles set out in ‘The RTM Companies (Model Articles) (Wales) Regulations (SI 2011/2680)’ which came in to force on 30 November 2011. These regulations automatically apply to all existing and proposed RTM companies based in Wales from 30 November 2011.
