Do you need to know more about your relationship with Companies House?

Companies House is planning an event designed with first time Directors and Secretaries in mind. 

We realise that running a Limited Company can feel a little daunting.  With that in mind we would like to know, as a first time director or secretary, what are the Companies House issues that concern you?  What topics would you expect to see covered in the event?  Do you know about the Companies Act changes?  Are you protecting yourself from Company identity fraud?
