Checklist when completing your Annual Return
- Have you enclosed the £40* filing fee? (*£13 if filed electronically using our online webfiling and software filing services)
- Is the registered office address correct?
- If the SAIL address is completed, is it correct?
- Have you completed the statement of capital, and is it correct?
- Has the box to show the principal business activity been filled in?
- Are the company Director and Secretary details correct?
- Have you enclosed a form TM01 or TM02 to notify of the termination of any appointments of company Directors or Secretaries?
- Have you enclosed a form CH01 - CH04 to notify of the change or particulars of any company Directors or Secretaries?
- If you have indicated that a full list of members is enclosed, have you enclosed it?
- Has the form been signed?
