Unlimited – limited Special resolution which must state whether company limited by share or guarantee.

All re-registrations are subject to £20 filing fee or £50 same-day priority fee. A company that wants to change its name on re-registration must also submit the following:

  • Form NM01
  • A special resolution authorising the change of name (if it has not been mentioned in the re-registration resolution)
  • A further fee of £10 (or £50 for the same-day-service).

All documents are examined before re-registration can commence.
