Online Filing for LLPs

From 19th August 2010 Companies House electronic filing services will be enhanced to enable Limited Liability Partnerships to file their information online.

The following transactions will be available on the Companies House WebFiling service:

LLAR01	LLP Annual Return	£15
LLAP01	Appointment of person	No fee
LLAP02	Appointment of corporate member	No fee
LLCH01	Change of members details	No fee
LLCH02	Change of corporate members details	No fee
LLTM01	Termination of appointment of member	No fee
LLAA01	Change of Accounting Reference Date of a LLP	No fee
LLAD01	Change of Registered Office Address of a LLP	No fee
LLAD02	Notification to register a SAIL address for a LLP	No fee
LLAD03	Notification to move a register to a SAIL address for a LLP	No fee
LLAD04	Change of location of records to the Registered Office	No fee

LLPs will also be able to join the PROOF Scheme(Protected Online Filing).

Note: LLPs registered in Northern Ireland with a number prefix of NILLP have alternative WebFiling registration procedures. For more information, please view our guidance on NILLP prefix.

Further enhancements have also been enabled for software package providers.
