Consultation on the cross-border transfers of registered offices of companies
The European Commission and the EU Single Market would like all citizens and organisations to contribute to a consultation to get more in-depth information on the costs currently faced by companies transferring their registered offices abroad, as well as the benefits that could be brought by the EU action on the transfer of them.
The consultation period will run from 14 January 2013 to 16 April 2013.
