Companies House logo change and single government identity

Over the next few months Companies House will adopt the new single government identity, and will shortly begin replacing our existing logo with the Royal Coat of Arms. This new single government identity has been designed to provide a cohesive and consistent approach to branding across government departments.

We aim to replace our logo in a phased approach commencing in July 2013, changing our website and online services, and gradually update stationery as and when stock levels need replacing. During this period you may notice some inconsistency with our stationery as paper and material stocks are replaced.

Government's use of the Royal Coat of Arms makes it clearer and more distinguishable, allowing customers to easily identify when they are communicating with a government organisation.
