All statutory fees on this price list have been confirmed by Parliament and are set by statutory fees regulations. The only fees not set by fees regulations are new products, bulk products, products that are in decline (e.g. fax copies) and newspaper proprietor search products. These have been administratively set under section 1063(5) of the Companies Act 2006.
Please note the registration fees set out below do not apply to documents delivered under the Companies Act 1985 or the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986. With the exception of Forms 466 and LLP 466, any document delivered to the Registrar of Companies under the Companies Act 1985 or the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 will be free of charge.
Any changes in fees or any new fees will be advertised on our website.

Bespoke Products
Companies House will consider requests for individual bespoke products. Where the information is not available in any of its other products, Companies House will consider developing a bespoke product to address an individual's specific data needs.
Written details of the exact requirements will need to be provided to ensure the products can be accurately costed. All our fees are based on cost recovery principles and aim to recover our costs, plus a 3.5% return to HM Treasury.
Customers will be contacted when the costs have been calculated to ascertain if they still wish to proceed with the request. The product will not be released to a customer until the fee has been paid.
