eReminders Demo TranscriptTITLE 1 Visual effect: Register for eReminders Demo title screen displays. VOICEOVER: "Welcome to the online demo on how to register for eReminders". VOICEOVER: "eReminders is a free and convenient service for customers to receive an email when their company accounts and Annual Return are due for filing with Companies House". TITLE 2 Visual effect: The WebFiling Company Overview screen is displayed. VOICEOVER: "Once you have joined this service paper reminder letters will no longer be sent to your Registered Office address". VOICEOVER: "To join, you first need to be registered for the Companies House WebFiling Service. For information on how to do this please view our WebFiling Registration Demo". Visual effect: The screen highlights the View WebFiling Registration Demo and View WebFiling Sign In Demo hyperlinks. VOICEOVER: "Once you have signed into WebFiling, select the 'Join eReminders' link". Visual effect: A cursor selects the 'Join eReminders' link. Screen fades out. TITLE 3 Visual effect: 'Manage your eReminders' screen is displayed. VOICEOVER: "You can register your WebFiling email address by simply selecting the 'ADD' button which appears along side it". Visual effect: A cursor selects the 'ADD' button and the email used for WebFiling is added to the eReminder Service. A 'Delete' button then appears next to it. VOICEOVER: "If you want to add a different or additional address enter and confirm the email address here". Visual effect: The screen zooms in and highlights the email address fields and the example demo1@companieshouse.gov.uk is entered into both fields. A cursor clicks 'ADD' The screen zooms out. The demo1@companieshouse.gov.uk email is added to the eReminder Service. A 'Delete' button then appears next to it. VOICEOVER: "A maximum of 4 email addresses can be added per company. Once you have finished click 'DONE' ". Visual effect: A cursor selects 'Done' The screen fades out. TITLE 4 Visual effect: Company Overview screen displays. An activation email is then shown. VOICEOVER: "You will receive an activation email within a few minutes. Select the link in the email which will take you to the activation screen". Visual effect: The screen fades out. TITLE 5 VOICEOVER: "This will need to be done for each email address added". VOICEOVER: "Read and agree to the terms by ticking the check box before you 'PROCEED'". Visual effect: The terms and conditions are displayed, a cursor scrolls through the Terms and Conditions. A cursor ticks the check box and then selects 'PROCEED'. Visual effect: The screen fades out. TITLE 6 Visual effect: eReminder service activation screen is displayed. VOICEOVER: "Your email address will then be activated". Visual effect: A cursor selects the 'GO TO COMPANIES HOUSE' link and the Companies House home page is displayed on screen. Visual effect: The activation confirmed email is then displayed. VOICEOVER: "…and you will be sent a confirmation email". Visual effect: The screen fades out. TITLE 7 Visual effect: Company overview screen displays. VOICEOVER: "When you return to your company overview a tick will now be displayed next to eReminders to show that you are registered". Visual effect: The screen zooms in. The 'Registered for email reminders' link is highlighted. The screen zooms out. VOICEOVER: "You can amend your email addresses at any time by selecting the 'Manage eReminders' link".
