WebFiling Improvements - 12/13th November 2011 On the 12/13 th November 2011 the following changes were made to WebFiling, the changes are as a result of customer feedback and will improve the service for customers. The changes include:
Main Menu - Company Officer Details The Company Officer forms for Officer Appointments/ Changes/ Terminations on the WebFiling menu are grouped by transaction type, you can select the type of transaction being made. (E.g. Appointment of an officer)
The officer links will take you into a new screen where the type of officer being appointed is selected by using the radio buttons; allowing a person or corporate body as a director or secretary. The selection will automatically take you into the appropriate form (e.g AP01. AP02, AP03, AP04)
The AP02 - Appointment of Corporate Director has new validation and warning message, for instances when the corporate appointment name is entered the same as the company name.
Annual Return Shareholder Screen The Annual Return Shareholder screen has been redesigned, the new design has allowed 20 shareholders to be shown per screen. You can still ‘Edit’ the Shareholders details, ‘Update’ Shareholding details or ‘Transfer’ Shares.
Mandatory Fields & Tool Tips To identify mandatory fields in WebFiling ( * green asterisks) will be displayed throughout all the forms.
The Tool Tips within the Web Incorporation and WebFiling service have been redesigned. When a Tool Tip is selected, the new style tips open giving information required for the field. The Tool Tips can be left open on screen, or be closed by selecting the (X) in the top right of the green box.
